Phytoplankton!

We’re in Wilhelmina Bay! Waking up this morning, out my window was a seal on an iceberg and a group of penguins! Lots to do just at the moment – but I wanted to share a picture of our first sample from the cruise! So many Thalassiosira diatoms!
